Dental extractions<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dental extractions are the most frequently performed procedures in oral surgery. These are generally simple procedures performed by all dentists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In some cases, such as wisdom teeth, extraction can be more complicated. This is known as surgical extraction, and should be carried out by a specialist or a dentist with solid experience in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of complex extractions such as wisdom teeth, it is essential to prepare for the procedure. In such cases, a panoramic radiograph (OPT) must be taken beforehand, so that the tooth\/teeth in question can be fully visualized.
